To measure customer feedback, One Great George Street uses a web-based product called the Voice of the Customer, which is sent out to the client after their event. This feedback enables us to measure customer satisfaction against customer expectations in order to see whether we are meeting or exceeding the expectations of our clients.

100% means we reach expectation and over that means we exceed expectations.
